5 cl Verhofstede 0.0% Citrus
15 cl FT ginger beer
1 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
0.5 cl sugar syrup
lemongrass
slice of ginger
Instructions
Fill a tumbler with 1 large chunk of ice. Halve the lemongrass and place it in the glass. Add Verhofstede 0.0% Citrus, then the sugar syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice. Top with ginger beer. Finish with a slice of ginger or lemon.
